The Canadian Timber Collection is Dundalk LeisureCraft's economically priced line — the same designs and the same Canadian craftsmanship as their flagship range, built with precision and shipped as an easy-to-assemble kit. Every piece is handcrafted in Ontario from Canadian wood sourced through local mills.

Choose your heater below. Wood-burning heaters need a chimney kit, sold separately — add one to your order and it ships with the sauna. Electric heaters require a final hookup by a certified electrician.

Warranty

The sauna: 5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning the day you receive it. Dundalk LeisureCraft supplies free replacement parts on a valid claim. Service, labor and installation costs are not covered, and replacement parts do not extend the original 5 year term.

The heater and chimney kit are warranted separately, and the term depends on which one you choose:

• LeisureCraft chimney kits — 5 years, no exclusions
• LeisureCraft Timberglow wood heater — 5 years
• Harvia KIP, Homecraft Revive, HUUM Hive Mini and HUUM Drop — 3 years
• HUUM Hive mini-wood — 3 years
• Narvi Kaamos, Kuru and NC Black wood heaters — 2 years

Heater warranties exclude heating elements and sauna rocks. Wood heater warranties also exclude the glass door and ash grate. HUUM electric heater warranties also exclude sensors.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, and any failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, use or care instructions. Final electrical connection must be made by a licensed electrician — skipping this voids the warranty.

Build time: Canadian Timber products are built to order in Ontario, Canada. We confirm the current estimated build date with the manufacturer when your order is placed and pass it to you before production begins. Transit follows once the unit is built.

Delivery and unloading — please read before ordering

• Ships by freight to your curb or the end of your driveway, by appointment. Delivery is usually made with an 18-wheeler — check that one can reach your street and turn around.
• This model ships in a single crate weighing approximately 1,278 lb before options — adding a heater increases that. Getting the crate off the truck is the customer’s responsibility. The driver will not unload it.
• Crates 84" or shorter can usually be lowered on the truck’s liftgate. Longer crates cannot — plan on a forklift (lifting from the end of the crate, fork extensions required), picking the crate up from the freight terminal with a trailer or tilt-tow truck, or a crew of helpers.
• Inspect before you sign. If the crate looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, write “Crate arrived open/damaged — possible hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading, and contact us right away.
• Answer the freight terminal’s call promptly to book your delivery window. Delays at the terminal can trigger storage charges.
• Read the manufacturer’s one-page delivery guide — three ways to unload a large crate, and a before-delivery-day checklist. Five minutes now saves a lot of trouble on delivery day.

Cancellations and returns: This item ships direct from the manufacturer in Canada. You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days a $65 change-or-cancel fee applies, and once the order is within 7 days of its ship date it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Once it ships the sale is final — the manufacturer does not accept returns. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered, and are handled through the freight-claim and warranty process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
