Why Buying Authorized Matters
Authorized purchases come with full manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine parts, and factory support. A cheaper unit from an unauthorized seller usually has none of that.

Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@betterbackyardstore.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

RETURN POLICY
Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@betterbackyardstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The Canadian Timber Collection is Dundalk LeisureCraft's economically priced line — the same designs and the same Canadian craftsmanship as their flagship range, built with precision and shipped as an easy-to-assemble kit. Every piece is handcrafted in Ontario from Canadian wood sourced through local mills.
Warranty
5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning the day you receive it. Dundalk LeisureCraft supplies free replacement parts on a valid claim. Service, labor and installation costs are not covered, and replacement parts do not extend the original 5 year term.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, and any failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, use or care instructions.

Build time: Canadian Timber products are built to order in Ontario, Canada. We confirm the current estimated build date with the manufacturer when your order is placed and pass it to you before production begins. Transit follows once the unit is built.
Delivery
- Ships boxed and skidded by freight, weighing approximately 49 lb. Far lighter than our sauna cabins — no forklift or special unloading equipment is needed.
- The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Someone needs to be there to receive it.
- Inspect before you sign. If the packaging looks damaged you can still accept it — photograph it, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, and contact us right away.
- Answer the freight terminal's call promptly to book your delivery window. Delays at the terminal can trigger storage charges.
Cancellations and returns: This item ships direct from the manufacturer in Canada. You can cancel free of charge within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days a $65 change-or-cancel fee applies, and once the order is within 7 days of its ship date it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Once it ships the sale is final — the manufacturer does not accept returns. Transit damage, missing parts and manufacturing defects are always covered, and are handled through the freight-claim and warranty process set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
