Shipping Information
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–15 business days after shipment. Sauna cabins and larger units are often made to order and may require additional lead time, which we'll confirm before you buy.
Large items ship by freight carrier, curbside delivery. Cabins frequently arrive on two or more pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, and someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment. Curbside means the driver delivers to the end of your driveway — moving, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included.
Inspect your shipment before signing. Count the pallets, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact info@betterbackyardstore.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging for up to 60 days in case the carrier needs to inspect it.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supplier lead times.

Return Information
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing before any item is sent back — return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may be refused or ineligible for refund.
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, installed, assembled, or final-sale products may not be returnable.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to info@betterbackyardstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Cold water does not sanitise itself. Left untreated, a plunge grows bacteria, clouds up, and loads the filter far faster than it should. The chlorinating granules in this kit handle the sanitation, the test strips tell you where your levels actually are, and the measuring spoon stops you guessing at doses.
Treating the water properly also takes strain off your filter, which means fewer cartridge changes and longer intervals between full water swaps.

Returns
Water treatment chemicals can be returned within 21 days of delivery with prior authorization, unopened and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Opened chemical products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
